- Please be aware you are responsible for the return shipping back to Bebebus. Please send the item back to us via a trackable insured service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged products, or costs of returns.
- If we receive the product back and it has been used, we are not able to accept it and that would void the return.We do not accept returns from retailers, only items purchased on our site at bebebus.com. For additional questions please email renke@bebebus.cn.
- For each order, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $20. We offer worldwide shipping services, and orders are shipped out from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. We understand anticipating good mail, so please reach out with any questions regarding your order to renke@bebebus.cn.
