Please send the item back to us via a trackable insured service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged products, or costs of returns.(*Note: Furniture cannot be returned after installation.)
- Items must be in original, re-sellable condition with tags and packaging, and include a valid receipt.If we receive the product back and it has been used, we are unable to accept it and that would void the return.We do not accept returns from retailers, only items purchased on our site at bebebus.com.
